1. Website owner
In compliance with article 10 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), we inform you that the website railcoon.com and the Railcoon app (hereinafter, "Railcoon") are owned by the following individual:

Railcoon and teamARC are brands used by the owner.
2. Purpose
Railcoon is an online tool for private groups of poker players to record and calculate among themselves staking deals (buying a percentage of tournaments and packs), percentage swaps (swaps) and their settlements.
Railcoon is not a gambling operator: it does not organise tournaments or games, does not accept bets and does not receive, hold or transfer users' money. Payments between users are made outside Railcoon. The details are in the Terms of use.
3. Conditions of use
By accessing the website you accept this legal notice. Use of the app with an account is also governed by the Terms of use, the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.
You must use the site lawfully and not carry out activities that could damage it, prevent it from working or affect other users.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The designs, logos (including the Railcoon raccoon), texts, graphics, code and other elements of the site belong to the owner or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. They may not be reproduced, distributed, transformed or publicly communicated without express authorisation, except for personal use of the app.
Content published by users (names, photos, descriptions, ratings…) is the responsibility of whoever publishes it (see the Terms of use).
5. Liability
The owner strives to keep the information on the site accurate and the service running without interruption, but cannot guarantee this at all times. The owner is not liable for damage arising from interruptions, technical errors, viruses or cyberattacks beyond their control, nor for the use users make of the site, without prejudice to the provisions of the law and of the Terms of use.
As a provider of a data hosting service, the owner is not liable for content published by users unless they have actual knowledge that it is unlawful and fail to act diligently to remove it (article 16 of the LSSI-CE). If you see unlawful content, write to us at hola@railcoon.com.

7. Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, if you are a consumer, the courts of your domicile will have jurisdiction; otherwise, the courts of the judicial district of the owner's domicile (Ortigueira, A Coruña).
